A non- couples therapy couples session , where silence and energy speaks louder than words. Sitting with a couples coach or a therapist helps, but we are working from our mind, where love comes from the heart.
During these heart sessions we combine sound, crystals, wisdom and re-align you to your heart’s truth.
The sessions last for one hour, where one or both of you are guided with a sound bath and guided closed eye journeys. No pressure. No performance. No words. No fear of saying the wrong thing.
