Hi, I am Saguna, my vision with Ektara Heart is to connect millions of hearts to return to oneness and bring in more connection. Creating a space where you can drop into your heart and live from your heart.

Ektara is a one string instrument from India and for me it signifies ‘The oneness’ that we all are.

Ektara heart will be connecting hearts through meditations, workshops, walks products, one to one sessions and much more.

I was introduced to the beauty and power of crystals in 2021. Since then they have been a constant companion for me. I am a Certified Crystal Energy Guide.

I absolutely love crystals and have personally experienced their power, love and magic in helping me connect with the love and wisdom within us. There’s always one in my pocket, a few in my bag, they are strewn around my home.

My favourite stones are an Amethyst, which I carry to keep me calm, a Rose Quartz to help me align to the frequency of love, there’s nothing like a Rose Quartz to open your heart, heal your heart. and to align with your heart’s desires.
